神盾旗下乾瞻宣布先進IP已導入英特爾晶圓代工生態系

神盾集團旗下子公司乾瞻科技（InPsytech），今（13）日宣布加入英特爾（Intel）晶圓代工加速IP聯盟 （Intel Foundry Accelerator IP Alliance），並表示此合作將先進IP產品導入英特爾的晶圓代工生態系統， 幫助雙方客戶利用英特爾代工廠的先進技術，設計其半導體產品 。

神盾攜手台積電韓國唯一合作夥伴 ASICLAND，搶攻小晶片設計市場

IC 設計廠商神盾宣布，攜手韓國知名晶片設計公司 ASICLAND 簽署戰略合作協議，雙方由董事長羅森洲與 ASICLAND 執行長李鍾民代表簽屬。雙方未來將合作開發 AI HPC Server Chiplet 晶片設計，包含 CPU Die、AI Die、IO Die、IP（UCIE、LPDDR5、PCIE5/6）授權，以及 CoWoS 先進封裝開發等多方面技術，專注於高高階 Data center 市場。
